researchers and practitioners in the field of communication over
power lines and cables. We would like to cordially invite you
to participate in the eighteenth edition of this symposium, which
will be held in Glasgow, Scotland.
The technical programme comprises of three keynote speakers --- Stephen McLaughlin (Heriot-Watt University; impulse noise modelling), David Parish (Loughborough University; anomaly detection in network traffic) and Graham Dudgeon (Mathworks, model-based design for smart grid) --- a workshop on channel emulation by our main sponsor, Devolo --- an expert panel, and 60 technical papers organised in 16 sessions, which describe original, previously unpublished
